FHA and VA Appraisals- How long are they with the property?

Alright Real Estate Agents and potential home sellers, this information is for you. How long are FHA and VA appraisals with a property for? I know you’re probably thinking “Aren’t they the same” but there is actually a difference in how long these appraisals would apply to other FHA or VA offers. FHA appraisals are attached to the address for 4 months and VA appraisals are attached to the home for 6 months.
